Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be conveniently situated right outside the doors, with easy access to the highway yet disturbingly close to noise. The rooms, while clean and functional, needed some maintenance, especially the non-carpeted area with worn-out flooring. The service, although provided by unmasked staff who were attentive and constantly cleaning, left me wanting a bit more in terms of attention to detail. The location was decent for our travel needs and had some nice outdoor spaces, but the noise from I-44 was hard to ignore at times. The dining experience, while offering a good selection of hot and cold items, was limited for people with dietary restrictions due to the take-it-to-your-room policy. Overall, the value for money was acceptable with room for improvement in certain areas.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The room was spacious and had two air conditioners, but it was not as clean as I expected, with a dead cockroach and hair in the shower, as well as shoes under the bed that didn't belong to us. However, despite the cleanliness issue, the room was surprisingly super comfortable. The service was professional and courteous, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. The location, even though not the best part of town, had some positive aspects like being close to various food options and stores, making it convenient for an extended stay. The dining experience was fantastic overall, especially the variety of options available, but there were some hiccups like yogurt being out of stock for several days. The facilities were adequate, but nothing truly exceptional. The hotel seems like a decent choice for the price, offering good value for money.
